Bill Moomaw is professor of International Environmental Policy and Director of the Center for International Environment and Resource Policy. His professional affiliations include: Senior Director, Tufts Institute of the Environment; Co-Director, Global Development and Environment Institute; Co-Director, Public Disputes Program, Program on Negotiations, Convening Lead Author, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change 2001; board of directors, Consensus Building Institute; Science Advisory Committee, Earthwatch; Lead author, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change 2003. Along with his climate change work in the international arena, Bill comes full circle and returns to local action through his work as Co-Director of Tufts Climate Initiative (TCI). Through TCI, Tufts became the first university to join the Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX)®, a greenhouse gas emission reduction and trading pilot program for emission sources and offset projects.
